REPORT ON ORDINANCE No..............................of 191 8.

1.

I have examined the accompanying Ordinance intituled An Ordi-

nance to provide that with certain exceptions no person shall reside

within the Peak District without the consent of the Governor in Council

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the

Governor's Instructions.

2.

The object of this Ordinance is to provide that, with the excep-

tione specified in section 4, no person shall reside within the Peak

District without the consent of the Governor in Council.

3.

In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency the

Governor may properly assent in the name of His Majesty and on His

behalf.
